Fresh Oysters
We keep our Oysters fresh on site!
We keep them in tanks filled with extra clean water from the Estuary. We pump the water when the tides are coming in and the water is filling the estuary with clean ocean water. Its the same water we use in our Rose Snapper hatchery. From the tanks to your table guarantees really fresh and delicious oysters
On the Grill
Nicaragua is famous for its Grilled food and we have from Churrasco with Chimichurri to Pork Medallions, grilled vegetables.
